Randy Garland has 20 years of information technology experience combined with strong leadership and project management skills.
At Ekaru, Randy brings his extensive experience in information technology to the fast growing SMB market. His wide range of technical skills encompass all the major technologies used by growing businesses: Microsoft Windows Servers including Small Business Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Network design and architecture, secure wireless networks, Linux Server, Web Development including PHP scripting and MySQL database, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), corporate network security, and Managed Services.
Randy started his career at Andersen Consulting and spent ten years in Silicon Valley working for working for various startups, including 3DO, an offshoot venture with the founder of Electronic Arts, Trip Hawkins. Prior to joining forces with Ekaru, Randy founded the successful small business IT startup 123 Technology to serve the growing technology needs of all small businesses. At Ekaru, he continues his entrepreneurial approach to providing enterprise-class IT support to growing businesses.
Randy is a graduate of Stanford University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Babson College.
